Dana DeMoulin

Vasculitis Foundation Support Group Facilitator

Dana DeMoulin is the heart of the Vasculitis Foundation’s support community, creating spaces where patients and care partners feel seen, heard, and supported. As a licensed clinical social worker and facilitator of more than 240 support groups each year, Dana helps individuals navigate the emotional challenges of vasculitis—transforming fear and isolation into connection, understanding, and hope.

When people first join a support group, they often arrive overwhelmed, scared, and unsure of what comes next. But as Dana has witnessed time and time again, something powerful happens when they connect with others who truly understand. “They’re always surprised to find a community of people who really get what they’re going through,” she shares.

Through her leadership, Dana has built a global support network that serves as a lifeline for patients and families. Her work ensures that no one has to navigate vasculitis alone—and that every person who reaches out finds compassion, connection, and strength.
