Dr. Rai’s clinical interests include pediatric interstitial lung disease, asthma, and other complex and rare pediatric respiratory conditions. She earned her medical degree and Master of Public Health and completed her pediatric residency at Northwell Health. She subsequently completed fellowship training in Pediatric Pulmonology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

Her clinical work focuses on the diagnosis and management of children with complex and rare lung diseases through multidisciplinary, collaborative care.

Dr. Rai’s training in both clinical medicine and public health informs her approach to improving outcomes for children with chronic and rare respiratory diseases.
