Living with ANCA-Associated Vasculitis (AAV)

Mitch is a retired hospital pharmacist who practiced for 37 years. For the last two decades, he worked in a specialized infusion clinic, serving both pediatric and adult cancer patients, as well as rheumatology patients.

In April 2021, he was diagnosed with microscopic polyangiitis and is now in clinical remission. Shortly after his diagnosis, Mitch discovered the Vasculitis Foundation. He has attended online support groups and has been active on behalf of the Foundation.
