Living with Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (EGPA)/Churg Strauss Syndrome

David was diagnosed with EGPA in 2019, an experience that inspired him to advocate for the vasculitis community. Drawing from his patient journey, he provides encouragement, education, and hope to those newly diagnosed and living with a rare disease.

Professionally, David has spent more than 40 years with a leading aerospace company. He volunteers with the VF, serves as a Patient Champion with the Vasculitis Patient-Powered Research Network, co-hosts the monthly EGPA Café Zoom support group, and is a Victory Over Vasculitis Ambassador.

David contributed as a patient author on the MANDARA Patient Experience manuscript, helping to ensure patient voices and experiences are represented in research and education.
