Vasculitis Foundation Support Group Facilitator

Dana joined the Vasculitis Foundation in January 2023. Her background in psychotherapy and medical/palliative care social work fits well with that role.

As a social worker for 30 years, Dana is passionate about the ability of peer support to ease fear and uncertainty, to empower individuals and to create change. She is deeply fulfilled watching the connections between support group members develop.

Dana has a Bachelor of Arts in Writing from the University of Colorado, a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado.
