Dan Bleicher

President-Elect Chair, Development Committee Arlington, Virginia

Dan serves as a partner at a boutique consulting firm, helping mid-sized companies unlock sustainable profitability. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he went on to serve as a Navy pilot before earning his MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and advising clients as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.

In 2019, Dan’s life changed when he was diagnosed with EGPA vasculitis. He received care from an exceptional, multidisciplinary team of practitioners and vasculitis experts whose coordination and expertise enabled him to achieve remission and return to his professional andpersonal life.

Dan recognizes that his path to recovery represents the exception rather than the rule. “I was fortunate to receive world-class, coordinated care,” he said. “For many people facing vasculitis, that level of expertise and alignment remains far too rare. ”Motivated by this belief, he focuses his efforts on helping ensure that the same level of life-saving expertise and coordinated care becomes accessible to all individuals affected by vasculitis.

As an active volunteer with the Vasculitis Foundation, Dan works to expand partnerships, raise awareness, and strengthen support for patients and families affected by vasculitis.

Dan lives in Arlington, Virginia, with his wife and three children.
